If you get this error it’s most likely

  • Your TV is not connected to the Internet
  • Bad Internet connection at this time
  • Bad TV network/connection settings
  • Network restrictions 
  • Problems with your DNS service
  • You are using a proxy or a VPN

Please check your network or contact your ISP or service provider. 
It’s worth unplugging your TV and your router from the power for a few minutes and then trying again.
