Due to circumstances beyond our control there may be some short periods where our app will be slower to start in most of Canada and parts of the USA .

In case you get a Timeout error when starting the app please try at least one more time at least after 2 minutes before opening a ticket. Once the app starts and there are no problems with your Portal – you can use it normally.

We are doing everything we can to avoid the network problems caused by various IP transit providers in the region during a peak of popular worldwide event.
