To make sure each client gets fastest and best possible support, we made some changes to our support policy:
- Please check the Knowledge base before oppenning a support ticket.
- To get support please write in clear English and describe with as much details as possible.
- Only 1 (one) ticket per request/issue per client. Oppenning many tickets will get them closed.
- Always include affected TV MAC or Order Number. In case of MAC change, give us the OLD TV MAC and the NEW TV MAC.
Otherwise you may experience delays in support.
